The Judgment Social Link revolves around the investigation team and is only initiated if the bad ending is avoided. On 12/3, you must select specific responses to avoid a bad ending:
"Wait a second here..."
"We're missing something."
"Namatame's true feelings."
"Something's been bothering me."
"We're missing something."
"Calm the hell down!"
Once you do that, the Judgment Social Link will be started. To continue on the Normal Ending path, on 12/5, you will be asked to gather evidence. You're then asked to name the true culprit and if you guess wrong three times, you get the bad ending.
