Galactic Bounty Hunter is one of the 4 Nintendo costumes in Bayonetta 2. Each costume has it's own little perks. For this one, Bayonetta will attack with her pistols as well as Samus' arm cannon. Not only this, but Bayonetta will be given the ability to morph into a ball, similar to Samus. This costume is in both Bayonetta 1 and 2.
