Bayonetta 2 is a Wii U exclusive game by Platinum Games - the follow up to Bayonetta. A new character was also introduced wearing baggy orange pants, a hooded sweatshirt, beads and jewelry consisting of interlocking sharp triangles. Even though the baggy clothes hint at a male character, the thinner arms and certainly the triangular jewelry (a witchcraft symbol representing "female" and "strength") suggest otherwise. Since a two player mode was confirmed, it's possible that this person could be the second playable character for the game.

Along with the second playable character, Platinum claims that the stylized Climactic Action of the original will be taken to a new level in the sequel. While the game has been pushed back to 2014, several new trailers have appeared in recent months including in-engine cutscenes.
