Wii Fitness is part of Wii Sports which tests your fitness age and keeps track of how your fitness age changes over time. The test gives you three sport sessions (most are identical to those given in Wii Training) and you are only able to take the test once per day even if you turn off your console. If you choose not to attach the nunchuck when it asks you to, you won’t have any boxing sessions in that test. After you complete your test it will give you your fitness age from that test and send a message to your Wii message board about your results. Unlike in regular grading the lower your number the better, the lowest age fitness you can get is 20. Also it will give you a triangular graph showing what your strengths and weaknesses are from that test. You can change the graph to show up to three months of your results to see the ups and downs of your fitness age.
