CPU Candidates

Nepgear
When her sister, Purple Heart, is captured, it is up to her and the other CPU Candidates to save the Goddesses from the Gamindustri Graveyard. She has a caring personality and will do anything to save the CPUs, but she occasionally doubts herself and her ability.

Uni (Hyperdimension Neptunia)
Uni looks up to her sister, but believes herself to be nothing more than a burden to her. Because of this, she quickly establishes a rivalry with Nepgear, who she challenges. After losing a battle with CFW Brave, she loses all hope and confidence, though Nepgear eventually persuades her to join her for their common goal.

Rom (Hyperdimension Neptunia)
Rom tends to be quietier than Ram, often listening to what her sister tells her. After she and Nepgear went looking for her pen, the two became friends and looks up to Nepgear like a big sister.

Ram (Hyperdimension Neptunia)
Ram is the talkative one in the pair of twins and is quite possessive of her sister. At first she dislikes Nepgear, often calling her "evil goddess" and repeatedly discrediting her abilities, she later comes to trust her after Rom is attacked by CFW Trick.

Cave (Hyperdimension Neptunia)
A member of the Leanbox SMD (Special Missions Department), Cave is close friends with Chika and 5pb, other residents of Leanbox. People tend to think of her as a cool and stylish adult woman, but in reality she is self-conscious about the fact that her appearance doesn't translate well to cuter outfits.

Falcom
An adventuress who travels Gamindustri and publishes books about her adventures under the alias A. Christin, she wields the sword Dragon Slayer. She claims that she can't ignore evil and has a tendancy to meddle with the affairs of others who cross her path.

Histoire
Since the capture of the CPU's, Histoire has becomes the Oracle of Planeptune and leads it to the best of her ability. During her leadership, Planeptune has been saved many times from decline and the people view her as a great leader.

Jinguji Kei
Kei, despite her appearance, is actually a girl and the Oracle of Lastation. She is responsible for running the Basilicom during Noire's absence. She is incredibly smart and has a deep love for her CPU, Noire, despite appearing to display no feelings.

Chika Hakozaki
Chika is the Oracle of Leanbox and Vert's self proclaimed sister. She is responsible for running the Basilicom during Vert's absence and is overly obsessive when it comes to Vert, jealous of Nepgear's bond with her.

Mina Nishizawa
Mina is the caretaker of Rom and Ram and also the Oracle of Lowee. She is responsible for running the Basilicom during Blanc's absence and although she is very polite, she can also instantly become very threatening towards the twins when they misbehave.

Underling
Linda is first introduced as a soldier for ASIC and peon to CFW Magic. Due to her status as an underling, Compa and the others never use her real name and tease her about being a simple peon. She repeatedly shows up to try to accomplish her goals and destroy the CPUs, though she is constantly defeated every time.

Pirachu
When the group first encounters Pirachu he is wounded and Compa insists on healing his wounds. Upon awakening, Pirachu instantly became smitten with Compa and professes his love and reveals he is one of Arfoire's followers. Compa calls him the enemy and refuses his affection, so he constantly follows the group around challenging them for Compa's affection.

CFW Magic
As a devout follower of the Arfoire Movement and the leader of the Four Felons, CFW Magic was part of the group that captured the Goddesses and defeat Nepgear and her team. It was later, in Planeptune, that CFW Magic was defeated by Nepgear.

CFW Trick
As a devout follower of the Arfoire Movement and a member of the Four Felons, he takes control of Rom and Ram to force them to fight Nepgear's group. He is challeneges the group twice and is defeated both times.

CFW Brave
As a devout follower of the Arfoire Movement and a member of the Four Felons, he fights Uni and is only driven away with Nepgear's help. Upon his return, Uni promises to make kids happy and the two gain a mutual respect for each other before his defeat.

CFW Judge
As a devout follower of the Arfoire Movement and a member of the Four Felons, he fights Compa and IF when they go to rescue the Goddesses. After failing to defeat him the first time, only being able to rescue Nepgear, the girls return later and defeat him in order to release the Goddesses.

Arfoire
Since Arfoire's defeat, the Four Felons have made it their priority to spread ASIC's word to gain power and resurrect Arfoire.
