Cole MacGrath went from being a simple bike messenger to the saviour of Empire City. Given powers from an exploding Ray Sphere, Cole has the ability to store, control, and unleash electricity in a variety of powerful ways. The electricity running through his body gives Cole enhanced strength, agility, durability and reflexes as well as a fast healing factor. On the path of good, Cole is a selfless hero who uses his powers to battle evil and injustice throughout the city.

SUPERS
Level 1 Super - Cole uses his powers to grab a hold of another player and throw them. Any other player hit by the thrown player is killed, too.
Level 2 Super - Cole sends a a bunch of icicles along the ground and any player hit is killed.
Level 3 Super - Cole unleashes Iconic Vortex, a tornado-like move, and moves into the foreground. The player seems to be able to control the move left and right, with it killing any player that it touches.
