Metropolis is based on the Ratchet & Clank and God of War series of games. Players can see Captain Qwark in the background posing beside a statue of himself. Being based on Ratchet & Clank, the city is a futuristic one, with conveyor belts and moving platforms.
After the match has been going on for a little bit, heavy rain will appear and the Hydra from God of War will appear. The Hydra attacks the stage and players by snapping at them with its jaws, as well as slamming its heads on the stage. When the Hydra appears, Qwark is knocked into the water, but towards the end of the match, he reappears and rides off on one of the Hydra heads.
