Adopted by a kindly sushi store owner, this once-abandoned cat is on a quest to become more human. Toro has the ability to assume any of a variety of roles instantly, adapting as the situation requires. An unabashed fan of games, Toro is thrilled to finally meet so many of his heroes.
SUPERS
Level 1 Super - Kuro dropkicks Toro towards his opponents, with any that he hits being KO'ed.
Level 2 Super - Toro wishes upon a star, which ends up falling in the middle of the stage.
Level 3 Super - Toro puts on his Oni costume, summons a club and rushes towards his opponents. The screen goes black, and you see some slashes from the club. When the screen comes back, Toro's opponents are vanquished. You can never get more than 3 KOs from this Super. This move is a parody of Akuma's Raging Demon super move.
