The Winterizer (seen as Blizz-o-Matic in early gameplay footage) is one of the new weapons being introduced in Into the Nexus. It is similar to various morph weapons in previous games, with enemies being turned into snowmen in this iteration. While the fire button is held down, various Christmas music is played in the background.
