Throughout Aurora's journey, the player is sure to find items called Oculi. These are gems that can be equipped to one of three possible slots on any character, granting them buffs such as adding fire to their attacks or a bonus to experience gained at the end of battles.
The player is able to craft new Oculi, in addition to finding them in the wild or obtaining them after battles. This is done via the Craft Oculi option, where you can place up to three Oculi in order to try and get a new one. Note that you don't have to actually craft to see if you get a new Oculi or not, as the central circle will turn a different color when you have a working combination.
For example, place three Rough Rubies in the circles and you should see the middle circle light up, with the result displayed below (which is a Tumbled Ruby). There are at least 10 combinations found so far, which are listed below:
