The M21EBR is a semi-automatic sniper rifle with a 10-round magazine. It is unlocked at level 56 in multiplayer. It one-shot kills in the upper-chest and two-shot kills in any other case. It is quite stable as it has very little recoil.
The real M21EBR is in fact a scoped M14EBR. It is manufactured by the Naval Surface Warfare Center,USA and was first designed in 2004. It fires NATO 7,62mm rounds, weights 6kg and has a range up to 600m.
