Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 - Hit and Run

There are two main targets for the beginning of this level. One is in the white building with the blue trim straight across from the player. The other target is in the blue building to the right. After killing both targets, proceed to the hostages. Throw the smoke grenade for an evacuation helicopter and live for 90 seconds (this last part does not need to be done by the hostages).
