After the helicopter drops the player off, there are two narcotics locations that must be neutralized. Begin by clearing the area of all hostiles then pick which location to approach first.
Left
Walking towards the narcotics facility to the left, in the blue building, there will be two soldiers on the deck outside, four soldiers just inside the building on the floor below the target, and seven soldiers on the level near the narcotics. After fighting the soldiers, plant C4 on the target, leave the room, and blow it up.
Right
Approaching the narcotics on the right, in the white building with white trim, the player must fight 1 soldier at ground level, 3 on the second level near the ladder, and 2 on the deck. When the area is clear, climb up the ladder and jump to the nearby rooftop to the North. There will be a couple soldiers to fight on the left, but the rest of the way is clear.
Between the two buildings, there will be several soldiers to either fight or avoid. After one of the facilities is destroyed, reinforcements will run towards the center between the two and slowly try to fortify the remaining building.
