Final Fantasy XV - Daggers

Daggers are equippable by Noctis and are the main weapon for Ignis. Their main advantage over other weapons are that they are quick and their one move allows you to dance around the enemy, allowing you to quickly get behind them for a Blindside attack/Link.

Ulric's Daggers are a special weapon that requires you to do something different to get them. After defeating Ifrit in Chapter 14, go to the elevator that would take you to the throne room, but don't use it. Instead, return to where you fought Ifrit to find two Red Giants. Kill them and head back to where you started in Insomnia, killing everything else along the way. You might have to double back and forth once or twice to find more enemies. Anyways, you'll know things are done right when you find a level 84 Psychomancer in the beginning area (where that level 72 enemy was prior). Kill this thing to make it drop the daggers.
