Talises are Techter/ForceForce weapons thrown from a distance at a high repeat cycle. These weapons can be blades or fans or a varied of other styled items. By throwing a Talis, the caster can charge Techter/Force abilities to wherever the Talis is located. This can be behind an enemy, in a group of enemies or when you need to support your own team members.
