Location
This mask is obtained by visiting Guru-Guru in the Laundry Pool area of Clock town. He will tell you a story about how he stole the Bremen mask and after the story, he will give it to you. you must do this during the first or second night because the Goron group that Guru-Guru belongs to will leave town after that.
Uses
The mask allows Link to play a marching tune that draws most animals (except cows and horses). They will follow behind Link as he marches along which can be used against the warriors in the Ikana Valley to confuse them. This is also necessary for acquiring the Bunny Hood.
