That is true, but with the fact that they already made two remakes (Wind Waker and Ocarina of Time) it just made sense that it would follow the same stream as Link Between Worlds. It was just a theory.

It'd be interesting to see what Nintendo has in store for the Zelda franchise on Tuesday. A Majora's Mask remake or port to the 3DS would be a lot easier to do than a full-on new sequel, especially with resources being dedicated to the new Wii U Zelda. -

I preferred OOT too but Majora's Mask nearly matches it for epic-ness. Well written review though man, brings back lots of nostalgia!

The obvious choice is Ocarina of Time, but a lot of Zelda purists prefer Majora's Mask, the art style of Wind Waker and Skyward Sword or the charm of the old top-down versions. Which do you like best?

Y'know. I never played OoT when it first came out. My two best friends at the time were into it completely, and even Majora's Mask back in the day, but I never had them or played them despite having an N64. It wasn't until the Wii came out and Nintendo released OoT for the VCon did I actually play it. I have to say, even though I didn't get to experience it in its golden years, the game was amazing and is my favorite Zelda game to date. Skyward, while fun, I hated the meaningless scavenger hunt quests that were there to only to lengthen the game. Otherwise, I enjoyed the gameplay and story. -
I really couldn't get into skyward sword. I had it since last year and till now have yet to finish it. I will sometime but the initial experience fell short of my expectations. OoT, on the other hand, caught me by surprise and being one of the first 3D games, it really set the bar for me. -

It should stabilize soon - once games have 5-10k votes or so it will be hard for even a small group of people to manipulate...

I think people are already abusing it. I've seen many troll scores to downvote some games and upvote others. Since there is such a small sample of scores its even easier to manipulate it. Many games are constantly changing positions, falling, while others rise and then eventually fall. It will take a lot of time for it to stabilize, if ever. -
1998 and 2002 were great years in gaming
