Icirrus City is a post-game location. It features wide open areas and is spread out over a large area. It includes the Pokemon Fan Club and the former Gym of Brycen, an Ice-type trainer. Pokemon can be found within the puddles along the lower part of the city. During winter, these puddles freeze over and piles of snow create ramps to areas, allowing them to only be explored during this time. It's noteworthy as being the gateway to Dragonspiral Tower.
To the west, Twist Mountain can be found. To the north, Dragonspiral Tower and Route 8 to the east.
