| In order to earn the Shall I? I Shanti! Achievement/Trophy, you need to have bought the Hammers and Pulse Rifles from the upgrade menu. You need to use only those two weapons until you meet the fan girl in order to get it. |
Deadpool somehow is in control of the Blackbird, despite him not having permission, and crash lands on Genosha Island. Go over to Wolverine and promptly begin to slap him, and keep on doing it to earn the Let's try one more time... Achievement/Trophy (it can take a little while to get it). Press the button afterwards to learn a little more about Wolverine if you want.
Go through the only opening available and you'll have to fight some of Mr. Sinister's henchmen. After the first wave is gone, a big enemy will appear that will send out a linear shockwave when he pounds the ground. As with most of the bigger enemies, headshots with your guns are ideal and will put you out of harm's way from meleeing.
There are a few more enemies after the big guy goes down, so kill them and then find the opening where you can drop down. Once you do, you need to walljump to the platform above and then go through a tunnel that will bring you into another open area with more enemies. Killing all of the enemies will make Cable fall from the sky, so press the button to learn more about him if you want (doing so will earn you the Curious about Cable Achievement/Trophy).
After the cutscene with Cable, more enemies will show up so keep going until you kill them all, including two shockwave big guys from earlier. Once they're all dead, jump onto the walkway encircling this room and fight through another wave of enemies. Find a green highlighted area and walljump to the platforms above your position, then cross them and walljump to the walkway above those.
Some more enemies will appear up here, so kill them and then go to the end, where you'll find a platform to jump to in the distance. A new enemy type will appear here, who is flying, so shoot at him and dodge his attacks, which come down onto your position after he fires them into the air. After he's dead, jump over to the isolated platform and pick up the power cell.
Once you grab the power cell, jump back over and use it on the Sentinel hand to move it out of the way. With the way open, go inside and then jump into the hole, doing a stealth kill on the lone enemy. Follow the path as it goes up and you'll eventually reach Deadpool's #1 "fan girl." Anyways, after the short scene, you'll drop down below and behind an enemy.
| The Remarkably Quiet Achievement/Trophy can be slightly tricky to get. As soon as you meet the #1 fan girl, you'll drop down behind an enemy, so go ahead and stealth kill him. The next enemy needs to be walking away from you before you can approach and do the second stealth kill. When you kill him, turn around and go into the stairwell, as you won't be able to approach the one guy due to someone below seeing you. So, when the guy on the ground level is walking away, approach the third enemy and stealth kill him, then you can drop down and stealth kill the fourth and final one for the Achievement/Trophy. |
Depending on whether you're seen or follow the Achievement/Trophy tip above, there will be plenty of other enemies in the area to kill, including some flying enemies, fire guys and ice guys. After the first initial wave, Cable will come and help you out, although he will disappear after all of the enemies are killed.

The second time you spin it, a cow will appear and you'll need to shoot that, as well as the second set of balloons. |
Once they're all dead, go to the tower and inside where you'll have to spin the Wheel of Insanity. The first spin lands on Magnetic Apocalypse! Anyways, go back outside and find the ramp nearby leading to the second level, where you'll find platforms that lead to another platform with a second Wheel of Insanity. Spinning it will spawn a cow, which has nothing to do with the mission.
You'll need to continue climbing the floating platforms to reach a third Wheel of Insanity, which gets blown up by flying debris. What does that mean? More platform hopping to get to the very top of the tower, where you'll see Mr. Sinister strapped for a chair of some kind. Press the buttons on the screen until the scene is over, and you'll learn it was a clone of Sinister.
Deadpool has a plan and it involves getting two parts of a Sentinel. There's a locked door nearby that Cable ends up shooting open for you to go inside. Follow the path, kiilling any enemies along the way, until you come to the room with the Sentinel part. You need to climb and walljump your way to a platform near your starting point to find a power cell.
Once you grab the power cell, put it in the hand on the other end of the room and move it to open a new path. You'll eventually come to a ramp that leads to a platform with another power cell, as well as more enemies. Underneath the ramp is a doorway that leads to a second Sentinel hand, so input the power cell and move it to open a way back to the first hand.
Move the first Sentinel hand back to its original position, or close to it, then jump from one to the other and then to the ledge with the part you need for Cable. Follow the path behind it to find your way back to Cable, who sends you to get the second part. The path is located on the second level on the opposite end from the first part, so get up there and move along until you fight some shielded enemies.
The next path leads to an area with some water on the ground, where you might be able to stealth kill an enemy or two before being seen. Kill the rest, then go onto dry land and climb the stairs on the opposite end, then jump to the ledge with a power cell. Backtrack and go up the ramp where you'll find a Sentinel hand for the power cell. Use it three times, then go through and drop down the hole.
Kill the plethora of enemies in this section, then use the stairs and ledges to get to the next section. More enemies will appear, so kill them and then use the pipes to reach the top, where there is a spot you need to walljump and then drop down. This area will eventually lead you to another power cell, so grab it and then head across the ways a little to another Sentinel arm.
You can move this arm around and fire it, so keep doing that to get rid of the enemies, as well as the surrounding buildings. The section you need to hit is on the far left, which will create a ramp that leads to the second part that Cable needs. Follow the next pathway until you eventually come back to Cable.
The final section of this stage involves you using the Sentinel's foot to go from area to area, where you will be manning a machine gun with infinite ammo. Keep shooting the enemies with all you've got until you're launched to the next section. Enemies will progressively get more difficult, as the last section has the flying enemies that can put a hurting on Deadpool. Once it's done, the level will be complete.
