This level begins with Chance White being taken away, so follow the culprits down the tunnel they took him, making sure to teleport past the steam pipe. When you get to the next room, you'll find the game's camera going to an overhead view, providing the game with a retro 8-bit look similar to a certain action-adventure title. Since Deadpool blew the game's budget in the cutscene at the end of the previous level, it has been reduced to this.
A skeleton will spawn in the first room, so kill it and then go north to find three more. Kill those and a chest will spawn with...something inside. Either way, now you can go back to the previous room and unlock the door on the right side. There will be some fireballs circling around the objects in this room, and two more skeletons will spawn. Kill the skeletons and then push the block either up or down. Approach the locked door and a cutscene will occur, with everything turning back to normal.
You'll now be back in the sewers and you'll see Arclight ahead, who blocks off the way with some rubble. Go the only way you can, dropping down to the area below and fight through the enemies that appear. You'll come to a long corridor with a lot more enemies, some of which have high health (a great place to get a high combo). Continue following the path until you run into Arclight, who blocks the path yet again.
Walljump in the area with the green lights to the area above, then follow it until you drop down into a big arena. Some green crystal-like enemy will show up and it's definitely not one that is melee-friendly for you. An easier way to take it out is by shooting it with your guns, although you might need to aim for the head. Once the enemy is down, go through the door that's open.
Teleport past the two steam pipes and continue going to fight some more enemies, some of which are blocking ones. Keep going until you come to another circular area, which Arclight will collapse some. She will sic some henchmen on you, which will be normal ones at first, but then ones with a blue glow around them will appear. There is one with an icon above his head, which is the one generating shields around others. Enemies with a shiled willd take reduced damage, but act the same as their normal counterparts.
BOSS: ARCLIGHT
Once all of the henchment are killed, Arclight will jump down and it's time for a boss battle. At first, she only does melee attacks if you get too close, as well as sending out a vertical shockwave-type attack. She usually telegraphs these attacks slightly before unleashing them, so they're easy to avoid. Just keep on hitting her with your swords and guns until a short cutscene occurs.
When her health reaches a certain point, she will hit the ground and send the circular arena falling. She gains a new attack in this phase, where she pounds the ground and sends out a shockwave that hits the entire arena. You can just teleport right before it hits you to avoid it. Keep hitting her until the battle is finally over.
During the battle with Arclight, if you manage to not get hit by her slam attacks at all, then you will get the Catch me if you can Achievement/Trophy. She telegraphs her attacks, so they should be rather easy to avoid.
After the battle is over, you'll end up at the bottom of a long drop and impaled on a metal pole. Press the button repeatedly to remove yourself, then go into the next room to find Vertigo with your target. She uses her powers to disorient you and you'll need to press three switches in order to proceed. You need to pull the two on either side of the large room first before pulling the last one in the room you first walked into.
When you pull the first switch and go to the main platform, two enemies will spawn (one at first and then a second not too long after) that aren't too hard, but will disappear into the ground after some time. They have some health, but hitting them over the edge will kill them. Once you pull all three switches, the door will close and things will be back to normal.
In order to get the Beer goggles Achievement/Trophy, you need to pull all three switches, as well as kill the two enemies that appear, all within 60 seconds. To easily kill the enemies, try to line them up and knock them over the edge.
Follow the now open path until you come to a room with a spinning pipe. Use the platforms on the right side to jump onto the pipe, then jump to the platforms to reach the top. In the next room, you'll have to fight a couple of enemies, one of which will generate shields, so take him out first. Once they're dead, pull the switch to make the elevator go up.
At the top, you'll have to fight some normal henchmen and then a bigger one that will shoot flames at you. It's not wise to fight this enemy head on with melee attacks, so if you got ammo to spare, keep hitting headshots to quickly take him out. You can use his gun to take out the other enemies that show up afterwards if you want, but you don't really need it.
Keep going until you come to Vertigo again, who will use her powers on you and then push you into the water. It's now time for a waterslide segment. As you slide down, you'll need to avoid sewer grates, which will either be on the left, right or both sides (so go right, left or the middle, respectively). Things will get a little faster as you go on, but it shouldn't be too much trouble.
Completing the waterslide segment above without hitting any of the sewer grates will net you the HEEEEY YOOOOO GUYYYYYSSSS! Achievement/Trophy. If you happen to do hit one, then you can reload the previous checkpoint to right before this portion to try again.
Once you get to the bottom, feel free to hit the button to learn a little bit about Mr. Sinister. After that happens, a cutscene will occur and that will be the end of this level.
