Sword Art Online: Hollow Fragment is a role-playing game developed by Bandai Namco Games and released on PlayStation Vita. It takes place in the same alternative storyline as Sword Art Online: Infinity Moment and includes all content of "Floor Clearing" from that previous game, with the addition of new unexplored "Hollow Area" of Aincrad.

Gameplay
Sword Art Online: Hollow Fragment is an action RPG that takes place in a simulated MMORPG world. The game is not actually online, but replicates many of the feelings of the MMORPG genre, similar to the .hack series of games. The game is based on the Sword Art Online anime, although the game introduces some new mechanics.
Skills
Skills are an important part of any MMORPG, and that's the case in this game. Kirito has the option to use a total of 10 different weapons in the game (not counting the sword and shield combo), and each one of those weapons has a set of skills and skill level associated with it. As you use each weapon, the skill level will increase and you will earn Skill Points.
Quests
This section will contain all of the sidequests you can do while exploring the various floors of Aincrad. To get the quests, you need to speak with NPC Kirby by the gate that leads to the fields on the 76th Floor; he usually has a green exclamation point over his head when new quests are available.

Welcome to the walkthrough for Sword Art Online: Hollow Fragment, which is split into two main sections: Aincrad and Hollow Area. You initially begin the game in the Hollow Area, but will gain access to both shortly after that, with each area having their own story and mechanics.
