Fox McCloud is the main character of the Star Fox Series. Fox is the leader of the Star Fox Mercenary Squadron, which formed once his father was captured by Andross. Fox actually dropped out of the Cornerian Air Force to lead the Star Fox team; in doing so he never completed his training. Regardless throughout the series Fox becomes a master pilot as well as an excellent ground combatant. He and his team have kept Lylat safe ever since the Lylat Wars againt Andross.
