#1) This mask is located in the second area with Rioichi. As soon as you get there, don't start climbing, but instead look at your map. There's an area you can jump to in the southwest corner that has the mask.
#2) This mask is located in the first room for Tennessee. Hit the first switch and sprint across the platforms, then climb the pole to the top. Instead of jumping where you're supposed to go, jump in the opposite direction to land on a platform with the mask.
#3) You need to collect every single treasure in the game in order to unlock the arcade machine in the Paris hideout. Once you do, you can play Maximum Chaos, which combines all three hacking mini-games into a gauntlet. When you get to the Spark Runner one, you need to make sure you make it all the way to the end, but don't go into the portal. Instead, go north of it to find the mask.
