Bentley says that the quickest way into the jail is to get arrested. Bentley mentions that Kid Cooper is being held in the maximum security portion of the cell and that Sly will need to do a few things before he can get into that section. Start off by vandalizing 6 posters of the sheriff that are spread across the town. Go up to each one and press Circle, which will make Sly to a little bit of painting.
Phase Two of the plan involves stealing a lollipop from the sheriff, who loves them and imports them. Once you get to the spot where the lollipop is, grab it with the Circle button and on begins the third phase. Go on top of the rock there to view Toothpick's banner. From where you are, jump over to the left side of the bridge and find a pole you can climb to the wires above. Use this to get to the wire with the clothespins and knock them off with your cane. When all three are knocked off, the mission will be complete.
