GYRO SLICER 2000
This treasure is located on top of a tall pillar north of your hideout. To get to it, you'll need to cross the bridge and located the stone pillar on this side. At the base of that pillar is a hook you can use to launch yourself to the top. Use the rope to cross over to the pillar with the treasure on top.
MEDITATION TURTLE
This treasure is located on top of a building that is north of the Gyro Slicer 2000. You can use the pole nearby to get on top. The building is in the northwest corner of the map.
RACCOON DARUMA
You will need the Archer Costume for this treasure. Cross the bridge as you would with the last two treasures, but turn left as soon as you cross it. There's a tree you can climb here that will grant you access to two spire jumps. Take these to a ledge, where you'll find a bucket of arrows. Shoot an arrow at the target to your north, which will allow you to open a door (just walk up to it) with the treasure inside.
DRAGON CLAW STATUE
You will need the Samurai Costume for this treasure. Go back to the same spot where you fired the arrow to reach the Raccoon Daruma. Instead of doing that, cross the rope to your south to reach another ledge with a golden door. You need to stand in front of it and deflect a fireball back with your costume.
GOLDEN LION STATUE
You will need both the Sabretooth and Archer Costumes for this treasure. From your hideout, go south and cross the bridge to your west. Keep going west until you see the red Japanese-style gate (called a torii). Use the tree next to it to get on top, and you should see a pillar with some arrows on it. Jump to that pillar and use the arrows to create a rope bridge to the target. Once on this second pillar, equip your Sabretooth Costume and leap the gap to your south to find the door with the treasure behind it.
LUCKY NEKO
From your hideout, go south and stop before cross the bridge that goes west. There's a pillar next to the building that has the treasure on top. You can use the bouncy branches to get to the top.
JADE SAMURAI HELMET
This is behind the geisha house in the southwest corner of the map. It's on top of a crate, which is easily accessible from the top of either nearby building.
TALES OF A SAMURAI HIPPO COMIC
You will need the Archer and Thief Costumes for this treasure. Go south from your hideout and find Rioichi's sushi restaurant. Get on the rooftop, where you'll find some arrows. Hit the target and then equip your Thief Costume. Stand on the switch to the left of the left torch, then use the Slow Time ability to get through the door before it closes. The treasure will be right there.
JADE PEACH
Go back to Rioichi's sushi restaurant. Behind the building to the southeast of the restaurant is the treasure on a crate.
SAMURAI WARRIOR
You will need the Jailbird Costume for this treasure. Go south from your hideout and look over the bridge leading to Rioichi's restaurant. You should see an area below, so drop down. Use the Jailbird Costume to knock the crates away (hit the side with the red dot) and the door to find the treasure behind it.
THE NINJA COOKBOOK
In the eastern part of the map is a small ship, with this treasure right on it. To easily get back to the hideout, climb the rope ahead to get on the bridge, then Paraglide right back to the hideout.
GOLDEN TEAPOT
Go straight north from your hideout, to the edge of the cliff, where you'll see an area below with this treasure.
