Return to Darius' house and accept the Rescue Gorak (40,000 exp. - this is part of the main quest and must be completed) quest. Travel by sea or on foot to Redrock Bay in the Western Kingdom.
Complete the Speak with Warrek quest by speaking with him (duh!). He will give you the Minotaur King (1500 gold, 50,000 exp.) quest. Leave his house and speak with Koln who will give you the A Brash Brother (50,000 exp. and your choice of: axe of wounding, staff of the great tree or sword of wounding) quest.
From here, enter the Quality Armor and Shields shop and take the gold and loot from the chest to the right of the counter. After you have retrieved this loot, leave the store and swim out to the boulders sticking out of the sea behind the dock. Swim to the bottom of the sea floor behind the boulders and take the loot from the sunken treasure there. Return to shore.
Travel to the Minotaur Warrens and defeat the Minotaur King. While on the path to the Warrens, pick some fero pods to the left and right side of the path (the pods are not right next to the road - you must look in the grass for them). Go to the Giants' Den and collect loot (there are three chests in the Den and they replenish with different loot every time you leave the Den and re-enter). Return to Redrock Bay and complete the Minotaur King quest.
After trading your loot for whatever gear you want, ride a mount (I ride the drake) to the entrance of Valemar Keep. Enter the Keep, slay Lord Valemar, Rescue Gorak and ask him about how to get to Shadowspire, completing the main portion of this part of The Plan. Take the Icefang's Oath (25,000 exp.) quest from Gorak. Return to West Callaheim and speak with Darius completing the rescue Gorak portion of The Plan. Darius will give you the Journey to Shadowspire (50,000 exp. - this is part of the main quest and must be completed) quest.
