You start this level by walking across a narrow gangway. You use the tilt action in the phone for balance - tilt it left and right the opposite way to which you are startign to fall to balance yourself as you move across.
At the end of the walkway, you need to find a way through the door. Tap it and use the wrench to remove the nuts around the lock plate. You will need to turn each nut anti-clockwise to remove it. Now you have an Unblock Me style puzzle in which you need to slide the gold cylinders around to allow all three red cylinders to move up and release the locking mechanism.
