This Challenge requires you to find and kill Phonic the Kraggon, which is a blue-colored Kraggon that can inflict Shock on you. It is located inbetween the exits that lead to Regolith Range, on a plateau that has a lava pool. On a normal playthrough, Phonic is about level 4, and it behaves like a normal Kraggon. It is not known to drop any Unique or Legendary weapons. If it's not there, save and quit and come back to try again.
