It seems some Lost Legion have taken control of the voice request terminal and are making the person say stupid crap. Head to the Hyperion Hub of Heroism and to the waypoint, where you'll need to kill the Lost Legion soldiers. After killing them all, the voice requests that you find her some reading material, so she can wash the "booty salads" nonsense out of her mouth.
You will need to find three books, with the waypoints for each of them being displayed on your map. There's one directly south, another further south and one more to the north, which is where you should go first. It's inside a little room, with there being a button to open it just next to the door.
Go to the southern ones and you'll likely find that one is moving around, because it actually is. A book has been swept up with one of the small cleaning robots, so find it and grab it when you have the opportunity. The last book is located inside of an ammo container. Once you have all three, head to the scanner and place the books on it, then upload them. Return to the bounty board to finish the mission.
