The Joker is one of the main villains in the Batman universe. He has appeared in almost all of the Batman games, usually as a boss of some sort. Like Batman, he doesn't have any superpowers of his own and is pretty unpredictable in his nature. He utilizes all sorts of gadgets and tricks to terrorize Gotham City and Batman.
