The New California Republic (NCR) is a democratic federation based faction in California, with holdings all around the Nevada, Oregon and even some in Mexico (Baja) and along the Colorado River. The NCR emphasizes many of the old world values, such as democracy, liberty, and the rule of law, they do this so they bring back the old world with all its might to regain controll of the lost world. It also strives to restore order and progress in the wasteland, though it has faced difficulty living up to those standards.
Most of the New California Republic (NCR) is made up of farmers, merchants and settlers who are seeking protection from the dangers of the wars and post-apocalyptic world out side of the walls of the NCR. In exchange for this, the NCR request and collects taxes from the people to arm, train, and supply their army which are at war with many factions and defending areas.
The NCR was founded by Aradesh, Tandi and Seth. It is now the NCR's headquarters which formally was Shady Sands. There are many parts of the NCR and these are New California Republic Army, New California Republic Rangers, Office of Science and Industry, Field Preparations Division, NCRCF.
