Perks are gameplay benefits that offered in the game in the forms of regular general perks, companion perks, challenge perks, implanted perk and unarmed perks. You gain perks every 2 levels which is different to fallout 3 where you got 1 every level. There are 88 regular perks, 8 companion perks, 16 challenge perks.
