This surface biome can be characterized by a dark green background, Grass, Jungle Trees, Mud and Vines. The jungle can be quite a challenging place since the enemies that spawn here are quite tough. But at the same time, the Jungle can also be very rewarding. Several important items like Mooglows and Hooks can be gathered from here.
One special feature of this biome is that a new separate Jungle can be grown by using Mud and Jungle Grass Seeds.
