There are two types of Statues in the game, Decorative and Functional. While Decorative do not serve any function, Functional Statues can spawn enemies, teleport NPCs to the statue's location or drop items when activated. Most statues are already placed in locations but there are a few that can also be found in Chests. A Hammer should be used to free and pick up a placed statue.
