Anarky Tags are one of the collectibles in the game, of which there are 24 in total. They are hidden pieces of graffiti that cannot be seen unless Batman is in Detective Mode, and are depicted as a red "A" with a circle around it. Once they are found, you need to scan it for it to count and get 5,000 XP. Only 20 tags are needed to earn the Voice of the People trophy/achievement.
