Hidden Easter Bunny
Head to New Colvin, Luchadores territory, and head to the boats to the south in the neighborhood of Port Pryor, where the Three Count Casino is located. On one of the boats is not only a Gang Operation, but the "Cabbit", a giant bunny, tied up. This is a reference to the "Cabbit" Easter Egg in Saints Row 2, where you had to follow a specific route to have this creature rise from the oceans.
Professor Genki
The crazy cat killer himself is a very rare occurance on the streets, but you will be able to catch him at least once when playing through this game. He is hard to kill, but if you manage to, he will drop a lump sum, based on your game completion statistic. This could be anywhere from $100,000 to $1,000,000.
