When you call up Pierce to start the mission, you'll have to go and meet up with him. Once you do, he'll tell you to go to a mechanic. Get there and drive into the garage, where you'll need to modify your vehicle with anything. Notice that modifying your vehicle will usually give you some Respect towards your next level.
After exiting the garage, Pierce will mention about going to Planet Saints to dress up like one. As with the garage, purchase anything you want and then exit the store. When you do, some enemies will show up, including a Brute. This musclebound thug will either charge at you, grab you or throw objects at you. Move to the side to avoid most of his attacks.
Just keep shooting at him until you kneels down and a QTE button appears over him. Press it when near him to initiate it and finish him off once and for all. Feel free to take out any other enemies if you want, but your goal is to go back to your hideout to finish the mission.
