After being introduced to the new Saints, and watching the bank job go awry, you are given control of The Boss, currently masked. Use one of the four weapons you have at your disposal to kill the cashiers and the guards, before advancing through to the back of the bank. Here, more guards await you.
Quickly take them down, and follow the stairs around to the next set of guards that will storm the place. Cut through them, and head upstairs to the vault, hearing of the plan to get access to the vault with satchel charges planted on its roof.
Guards will flood into the lobby, so take them down and head upstairs. After signing an autograph, plant the bomb. Birk rather stupidly activates the silent alarm, and when he learns of this, he flees.
The SWAT teams now flood in through the windows, so avoid the flashbangs and the riot shielders and kill them, before facing off an attack helicopter. Do some damage to it, before the Saints' sky-crane comes to literally lift the vault.
You will have to take out SWAT on the roof and deal with the attack chopper as it keeps on returning. Eventually, it will hover in place after a few close calls. When shot down, the final cinematic shows the sky-crane get hit, and The Boss narrowly escapes the drop. Unfortunately, the SWAT surrounds them, and that spells the end of their plan as a failure.

The next mission leads straight on after you go through the rewards screen.
