Before this mission, you are able to design your character for the beginning of the game.
The Boss, Johnny Gat and Shaundi are tossed into a jail cell, although they had already paid off the Stilwater P.D. Gat wonders that their image has tarnished their reputation as gangsters, but The Boss tells him that they are worth millions. Soon, a mysterious pair of female twins come in with their thugs, asking the three to join them.
You are introduced to Philippe Loren, the Belgian head of a criminal organization known simply as The Syndicate. The twins are his proteges, Viola and Kiki DeWynter, and they explain what The Syndicate wants - 66% of the Saints/Ultor Media Group. Trussed up, the three bluntly disagree, and their deaths are ordered. Gat breaks free, and attacks Loren, before the three take cover. Shaundi and The Boss plan to leave, whilst Gat gets the plane back to Stilwater.
Fight your way through the first group of thugs, and then take down the gangster with the .45 Shepherd. Take it, and fight your way through the cargo area to the loading door. Here, Gat opens the door, and as he talks to Shaundi over the comms, gunshots are fired and the comms cut off. The plane's cargo eventually falls, taking The Boss and Shaundi down with it.
You have to fight your way past thugs and dodge the fallen cargo in the air to save Shaundi, as she doesn't have a parachute. When you get her, the joy is short-lived, as the plane attempts to ram the pair head on. The Boss drops Shaundi, and you have to shoot your way through the windshield of the cockpit. The attempt to kill Philippe, however, is in vain. The Boss does manage to grab another parachute to rescue Shaundi once more.
After taking down more thugs, head down to Shaundi, repeating what you had to do before. This is the final playable part of the mission. The game resumes on the ground for The Boss and Shaundi, with a bruised Philippe ordering the hunting-down of The Boss and the Saints, and that they are left nothing. The latter happens as The Boss makes a withdrawal, and they punch the ATM in anger.

The next mission will begin after you go through the reward screen.
