Ultor sent over some Saints merchandise and Pierce wants to do some advertising. You'll be under constant pressure from the enemy during this mission, so it's best to get in a vehicle, which Pierce will drive to the locations. When you get to the first one, make sure you protect Pierce while he makes the deal and be sure to go after the buyer if he decides to run.
Once the first deal is over, get in the vehicle Pierce does and get to the second deal. Remember to protect both NPCs and keep killing all of the enemies that show. When the deal is complete, get back in the car and Pierce will drive to the end spot, which will complete the mission. Note that sometimes a helicopter will spawn, which can complicate things, so try to take it out first if it does.
