Brimestone when on the ground is as shown above, when you pick it up Isaac becomes demonic with his skin turning black, growing horns and his eyes turn almost all black. This item when picked up will change your tears into a chargeable laser "like Shoop da Whoop! but red" which pierces through enemies and rocks. The charge takes 2 seconds (with normal tear rate) to charge and is indicated with his head flashing red. If you try to fire before it's charged it will fail and you will need to restart over again. The item can be found in Curse Rooms, Devil Rooms, dropped by The Fallen and given when you donate to Devil Beggers.
