On the ground Sacred Heart is a heart with a small flame ontop and a cross on it. When picked up Isaac's eyes will turn white and will be dripping white tears. Isaac's shots now become white, bigger, move slower and home on enemies, this item multiplies Isaac's damage and lowers his rate of fire by one. Also when you pick it up you gain a spirit heart and you regain your health. Sacred Heart is found in Angel Rooms, Curse Rooms and can be a reward for donating enough to a Devil Begger.
