The Binding of Isaac - Skatole

This item when on the ground is a fly with a heart over it, when picked up it will turn into a piece of poop that sits on Isaac's head. This item makes all flies in the game (except boss flies) netrual to you and unable to harm you. The only exception is the Boom Fly who's explosion can hurt you if your close enough even with Skatole. This item is obtained by winning it in the Shell Game, when playing once in awhile the shuffler will put Skatole as the prize, if you guess the right shell you get the item. (Note even if you lose it can still come up again)
