The Binding of Isaac - Spelunker Hat

The Spelnuker Hat when on the ground is a miners helmet with a light on it, when picked up Isaac wears the hat. This item when walking into a room will show if there is a secret room adjacent to the current one on the map, it also shows if there are any mini-bosses (aka Sins) on the floor. This item is much more useless when you have Curse of the Darkness since only the soundeffect will tell you if there is a secret room adjacent. The Spelunker Hat is found in Treasure Rooms and is unlocked by beating the Caves for the first time.
