When on the ground The Parasite looks like the picture above, when picked up the parasite's head is worn ontop of Isaac's head like a hat. This item will change his tears orange and will split when stopped. The new split tears can spilt again if they are stopped before falling to the ground. This item combinded with Mutant Spider or Polyphemus becomes very deadly. The Parasite is found in Treasure Rooms and Devil Rooms. It is unlocked by getting atleas two of these items in a single run: Bob's Rotten Head, Dead Cat/9 Lives, Max's Head or Tammy's Head.
