The Ladder Match is a special match, where a significant item (such as a title belt or title match opportunity) is hung above in the middle of the ring. The player who uses a ladder to climb up and retrieve the item first is declared the winner. Each wrestler is free to use the ladder(s) as a weapon or in any other way possible.
