If Billy Gunn was the physical presence in the New-Age Outlaws, it was the Road Dogg who provided the “hustle behind the muscle.” And the chemistry of the duo resulted in one of the greatest tag teams in WWE history. Son of “Bullet” Bob Armstrong and member of one of the great ring families of all-time, Road Dogg may have been the best of the lot. A five-time World Tag Team Champion with Gunn, Road Dogg was in the middle of it all during the “Attitude Era,” and things often fell in his favor.
A member of D-Generation X during its heyday in the late 1990s, Road Dogg was known for arguably the greatest ring announcement of all-time. Fans knew his spiel by heart, but it never got old.
