There are currently 31 maps to explore, each with a set of tasks and objectives to complete. Upon 100% completion of each map you will receive various rewards; the rarity of the rewards scale with the difficulty of the map.
Further to the overall map, there are also 8 dungeons hidden around the world each with their own challenges and rewards.
