| Chainsaw Majini | 2-1 | Gold Ring Venom Fang | Run for your life as you slowly inflict damage with environment objects and your shotgun or better weapons. |

| Majni (Wetlands) | 3-1 | - | Stronger than normal town Majini, most come with a mask/shield that absorbs your first hit. |
| Giant Majini | 3-2 | Blue Enigma | The mask makes these immune to damage to the face so stick to the body with the nearby Magnum found. |
| Duvalia | 3-1 | Key Items | If you don't have a Flash Grenade for an instant death, aim for its tail until it opens its mouth to expose its weakness. |
| Bui Kichwa | 4-1 | - | If these attach to you or your partner, shoot them off. |
| Licker (Beta) | 5-1 | Lion Heart | Take them out anyway you want, but if you stab them in the heart when they fall back you can get an achievement/trophy. |
| Majini (Base) | 5-1 | - | All pose a serious danger, but Riot Shield ones are the most troublesom. Hit their exposed parts to make them drop it. |
| Reaper | 5-3 | Power Stone | Aim for the white larva packs that it exposes to make it expose the one on its chest, its weakness. |
| Gatling Gun Majini | 6-1 | Key Items | The ammo pack makes the back of him invulnerable, so stick to hit front. Proximity Bombs are great on this guy. |
