Shampoodle is a shop that allows the player to change his hairstyle and hair color, and is run by Harriet. There are a few prerequisites in order for the store to open, which is spending at least 10,000 Bells total amongst both the Able Sisters and Kicks. Also, Kicks needs to have been opened for 7 days. The shop is located above Able Sisters.
